PLEASE NOTE:

A $200 non-refundable down payment is required PLUS an additional $150 incidental fee which will be refunded as long as there are no damages and the cleanup list below is followed properly.

Any remaining balance is due ONE WEEK prior to event date. If payment is not received, your time slot will be forfeited. By booking and reserving your time you agree to these terms and conditions.

TO HELP KEEP OUR SPACE BEAUTIFUL FOR THE NEXT EVENT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS CHECKLIST BEFORE LEAVING:

  1. Tables & Chairs - fold and stack all tables and chairs neatly by the back entrance.

  2. Linens - remove all linens and place them in the provided bin.

  3. Food Area - empty all food trays and wipe down all surfaces in the food and serving areas.

  4. Trash - Remove all trash, inclduing bathroom, and place in trash bags inside the back dumpsters. DO NOT PLACE TRASH BESIDE OR IN FRONT OF DUMPSTERS.

  5. Decor & Balloons - take down all balloon setups and remove any event decorations that you brought in.
